All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, including diamonds and fine jewelry, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Once your purchase is made, it is considered final.
While we do not offer refunds, we understand that there may be special circumstances in which an exchange is necessary. If your item arrives damaged, or if there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately. In such cases, we will gladly assist with an exchange or offer a repair.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging, certificates, and documentation.
Custom-designed or special-order items, including engraved jewelry or pieces modified to your specifications, are also non-refundable. Please be sure to review all customization details before placing your order.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you. After this time, the item will no longer be eligible for exchange or repair.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping any exchanges back to us.
